Chef Fox Schanzer:

Chef Fox Schanzer has worked at The Barn at Blackberry Farm (James Beard, Relais Chateaux), Gabriel Kreuther (2 Michelin stars, Relais Chateaux), The Whelk (James Beard nominee), and The Cottage (James Beard nominee). He is dedicated to promoting personal and planetary health through food, while supporting better food systems and agricultural practices.

In addition to his role as Founder and Executive Chef of Chef Fox, he is currently the Culinary Lead and Head Chef of Rooted Enterprises, a mission-driven startup breaking down barriers to eating whole plant foods. He is also a Head Chef at Resident where he shares his passion for produce with narrative-driven tasting menus. Fortunately, you don’t need to be a Resident or Rooted Enterprises client to enjoy Chef Fox’s Fine Dining Experiences.

Chef Nathaniel Lettieri:

Chef Nathaniel is a highly skilled and passionate culinary professional with over half a decade of experience at Michelin kitchens in New York. Known for his creativity and dedication to quality, he brings a unique blend of tradition and innovation to every dish. Chef Nathaniel focuses on using fresh, locally-sourced ingredients to create dishes that are both flavorful and sustainable. He is known for his passion and knowledge of Italian and Mediterranean food and lifestyle, bread baking and combining classic techniques with modern flavors for a beautiful presentation.
