Why Buy Bulk?

The advantage of purchasing a bulk order versus individual cuts is that you'll end up paying close to 15% less for your meat. We recommend that you own a chest freezer or have proper frozen storage for your pork order.

Bulk Pricing Below :

  • Whole Hog Orders @ $12.00/lb

    You can expect to receive roughly 140 lbs of pork.

    • You'll be in charge of filling out your own cut sheet, and may have your animal butchered to your liking.

    • All cuts of meat will be returned back to you vacuum-sealed, frozen and in boxes.

    • General cuts that are offered: tenderloin, ground pork, pork chops, bacon, sausage, country style ribs, roasts and hams, hocks, baby-back or St. Louis style ribs, bones and leaf lard.

  • Half Hog Orders @ $12.25/lb

    • You can expect to receive roughly 70 lbs of pork.

    • All cuts of meat will be returned back to you vacuum-sealed, frozen and in boxes.

    • General Cuts in your order are tenderloin, pork chops, bacon, sausage, roasts and hams, hocks, country style ribs, ground pork, baby-back or St. Louis style ribs, bones and leaf lard.

  • Quarter Hog Orders @ $12.50/lb

    • You can expect to receive roughly 35 lbs of pork.

    • You'll receive a variety of cuts from nose to tail, all vacuum-sealed, frozen and in boxes.

    • In your order, you will get pork chops, ground pork, bacon, sausage, roasts or hams, country style ribs, and hocks.
