Chef Fox Schanzer has worked at The Barn at Blackberry Farm (James Beard, Relais Chateaux), Gabriel Kreuther (2 Michelin stars, Relais Chateaux), The Whelk (James Beard nominee), and The Cottage (James Beard nominee). He is dedicated to promoting personal and planetary health through food, while supporting better food systems and agricultural practices.
In addition to his role as Founder and Executive Chef of Chef Fox, he is currently the Culinary Lead and Head Chef of Rooted Enterprises, a mission-driven startup breaking down barriers to eating whole plant foods. He is also a Head Chef at Resident where he shares his passion for produce with narrative-driven tasting menus.
